When it comes to barn wedding venues in Hampshire, then I have to say this is one of my absolute favourite! The field outside make a perfect backdrop for my couple's photos and it's such a safe wedding venue for children with lots of space to run around.
I was so excited when Ben and Sophie contacted me to work at this country Alton wedding venue again. They took a risk and planned their ceremony outside with a wonderful view of the South Downs Nationa Park. Just before the ceremony it started raining but luckily it didn't take too long until they had their dream ceremony as they planned.
The barn at Gilbert White's House is so charming. The beams and fairy light wall give it such a cosy feel. They had their drinks reception outside the barn in field and they moved to the barn for their wedding breakfast. Guests ate before laughing and crying through the brilliant speeches.
