Devon wedding venue Rockbeare Manor venue in Exter, has to be one of my favourite Devon venues. The venue is elegant and offers a spacious ‘getting ready’ room for bride and groom, stunning bright ceremony area and lovely gardens with breath-taking views of the countryside below.
Chris and Lydia’s relaxed and fun summer wedding at Rockbeare Manor was fantastic even with the rain that would just not stop. Did you know that rain on your wedding day means blessing? Even when the British weather wasn’t great, the space in this wedding venue is big enough to fit all your guests.
When I arrived at Rockbeare, I stared taking photos of Chris and his groomsmen getting ready. Everyone was in great and relaxed mood. Then I moved onto Lydia and her fun loving bridesmaids. The getting ready room is so spaciouse with a stunning balcony offering the most amazing view. This balcony was a great opportunity for some group photos. After a beautiful first look with her dad and emotional wedding ceremony, we managed to escape and do some photos even it was pouring raining. I just let my wedding couple to interact naturally and to capture emotive, fun and authentic moments. Nothing to posy, awkward or forced. I met Chris and Lydia before the wedding to do some prewedding/engament photos so they felt comfortable with me taking some natural photos. The night was finished by a stunning sparklers wedding exit.
