Adela is so kind, patient, skilled and hard-working
We are so lucky that we found Adela. She made us feel so at ease in the lead up to the wedding when we had thousands of things to do and she was so reassuring and kind and patient as the big day drew near. She had great ideas on the sorts of photos we should have taken so we knew what to expect.
On the day itself, we'd drawn up a schedule of the day but due to a few factors, we didn't end up sticking to the timings! Adela wasn't bothered at all and worked around all this, even offering to stay later to capture moments like the cake-cutting and first dance that were due to happen a bit earlier!
Her services were so reasonably priced and you can tell she has a real passion for the job and making sure her clients feel comfortable and special on their big day. The photos themselves were absolutely stunning and she'd actually sent us all of them within 2 weeks of the wedding! All our friends and family have loved seeing them and all agree they are beautiful.
We had 300 guests and Adela managed to capture everyone at different points in the day which is amazing considering how much moving around there was and how difficult it was to keep track of everyone! She obviously worked very hard to do this so thoughtfully and with so much focus.
We will treasure them for years to come and will always remember Adela as being a very important part of our day, staying calm, being so kind, not being domineering, listening to us and working so hard.
I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Adela!

Professional and personal: absolutely beautiful photos
We felt so lucky to have Adela as our wedding photographer. She is both warm and friendly and clear and professional at all stages of the process. She is an expert at blending in during the wedding, going unnoticed in order to capture many wonderful candid moments. She completely put us at ease for the couple and group photos too. Adela encourages you to talk to each other and move around naturally, and to only pose if you feel like doing so.
Adela sent us an exciting 'sneak peak' gallery very shortly after the wedding, and then our full set of so many excellent photos followed soon after, well within the advertised time frame. We are so happy with the results. The photos capture so many different moments from our wedding, full of personality and emotion. We can't wait to get them printed in frames and photo albums and treasure them for many years to come. We cannot recommend Adela highly enough.

Our entire experience working with Adela was incredible! My husband and I live in California but were planning our wedding in Hampshire, UK — which could have presented some difficulties, but Adela made it so easy on us. She made herself available at a time that worked for us over Zoom so we could meet and discuss what we would like to capture on our day. We knew immediately that Adela was the photographer for us!
Our first time meeting Adela in-person was on the wedding day and she really was such a calming presence for us. She would fade into the background at key moments of the day, in perfect position to capture us and our loved ones candidly. I often would forget that we were being photographed, which allowed us to be present in the moment, and resulted in some stunning images. Not only is Adela talented, she is a lovely person and we were thrilled to have her included in our special day.
As promised, she sent over a select group of images within 24 hours, and we could not have been happier. It is amazing that she offers this service and much appreciated. It put us at ease knowing that we had some great photos from the day and it was exciting to know there was more to come!
We received the full gallery within a few weeks and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We love Adela's photography style and think that her editing is fantastic as well. She made us look great, and we are so happy to have photos that capture the day as beautifully as we remember it. The online gallery is also super easy to use and is a great service!

There are honestly no words. ... But this is a review, so here's a try! The entire experience with Adela was honestly nothing short of top-notch amazing. She was lovely, and accommodating and attentive during our initial meetings. She was in this booking entirely for us. It never felt like a wedding business transaction or anything other than completely special. Side note: I'm a designer, so loved her point of view in the first place, but also had my own ideas for how I hoped that our photos on this most special day would be captured. Adela read my notes carefully and made this happen seamlessly and with complete ease. She worked to capture the most beautiful moments of our wedding day from my notes, and her artistic eye. She had a professional perspective and her attitude and disposition made us all entirely comfortable (as if she was a guest at our wedding). There is so much about all of the people/vendors you hire for your wedding day that is about the talent you see in the portfolio, but equally as important (if not more) is the person themself. The way they handle your interactions, the way they make you feel and their presence while doing so.
I've cried so many tears looking at the beauty that Adela captured on our wedding day. Both the perfections and the beauty of the imperfections. Adela Photography has left us with our wedding day captured in a way that will give us a lifetime of memories of what that day actually felt like. Thank you Adela a thousand times over. We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos.

I found Adela via Hitched, I am so glad I did. What a wonderful talented lady she is. So easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble.
Adela has such a way with her that she feels like a friend, which totally puts you at ease. She is fun, friendly and so so talented and professional with it.
We were not blessed with sunshine or a sunset due to a January wedding, however her talent made our photos come alive.
Every guest we spoke to observed how hard she worked and that she didn't stop snapping away. However Adela has a way of working that is not intrusive, she doesn't make demands or get in the way, isn't obvious intended crowd or in people's faces.
I can not thank her enough for everything she has done. I also can not express our gratitude and how lucky we are to have had her capture our day.
I am not easy to photograph as I'm always talking and am very expressive. However she got some absolute gems!!!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for creating a magic we did not think possible.
We will definitely use you again for an event or to capture our dogs, on hopefully a sunnier day.

So accommodating and beautiful result
We chose to hire Adela photography after seeing that she had worked at our chosen venue before, and we fell in love with the intimate photos she had taken up Butser Hill, a stunning countryside venue near us. On the day of the wedding it tipped with rain ALL DAY but Adela still managed to get stunning photos and because she knew how much we wanted our sunset photos, she agreed to schedule them for another evening when the weather was better for no extra charge. The entire album is amazing and has captured so many special memories from our day that will last a lifetime. I would recommend Adela in a heartbeat.

We cannot stress how happy we are with Adela! We have only had a preview of our wedding images back, but are absolutely blown away with how good she has made us look!
She was professional, friendly, calm and positive, making us feel like we are supermodels!
Adela is also very flexible and worked with us to deliver exactly what we asked for, ranging from the standard wedding shots to wacky and fun creative images!
We did an on site visit prior to our big day, and this greatly helped my wife visualise how the photoshoots would go on the day, which put her at ease. This is a great practice that more photographers need to adopt.
As a hobbyist photographer myself, I could not have asked for a better person to capture our special day!

Adela was so fabulous. We had a zoom chat with her prior to booking which was great to see how we got on. On the day she blended in perfectly but was always smiling and a pleasure to have at our wedding. She sent us some photos 2! days after the wedding (which was incredible) to check we liked the style before editing the rest which we received around 5/6 weeks later. We are over the moon with our photos and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Adela photographed our wedding day on 3rd June and we were so lucky to have her capture our special day. She is an exceptionally talented photographer who specialises in natural, candid photos and capturing the finer details and the beautiful happy memories of the day. She is the loveliest person and so easy to work with.
When we received our full gallery, we were blown away by the photos. The sunset pictures are breathtaking - Adela knows how to work with light and colour to capture the moment.

Super lovely, talented photographer, perfect for our wedding day!
We found Adela through hitched and loved her photo style initially. When we met over zoom, she was so friendly and we quickly realised that her approach matched up with what we wanted - a photographer that would get great photos of the day but without being intrusive or getting lots of 'posed' shots. We met with Adela at our venue and her genuine enthusiasm for the venue and our special day was so contagious, it made us so excited! She had found all the best places for perfect shots and was just a total pro but also made us feel at ease. Adela was fantastic on the day getting all the photos we wanted without us having to spend too much time away from our guests. Our photos have just come through and we are in love with them - they show each part of our day so perfectly. All our friends and family love the photos too, can't recommend Adela enough! We can't wait to sit down and pick our favourites for an album and to put around the house, it's going to be difficult to choose!

Stunning Photographs, Amazing Photographer!
Adela is a superstar! When we were planning our wedding Adela was the first, and subsequently, only photographer we spoke to. We knew straight away that she was the photographer we wanted!
Our preference for wedding photographs was for Adela to capture moments of us and our guests rather than having “staged” photographs and having now seen our full gallery, what Adela has produced has far exceeded our expectations. Not only are the photos fantastic, the way they have been presented to us via our online gallery is of the highest standard - we are so delighted with them.
Adela really cares about her customers. One particular highlight for us was during our initial consultation when although the wedding was a number of months away, she had researched what time sunset would be on that particular day in order to capture some beautiful photos at this time. It was little details like these - coupled with the quality of her work and friendly personality - that made us know she was the photographer for us. As two people not overly keen on having their photo taken, Adela made us both feel at ease and we really enjoyed the time we spent with her throughout the day; as did our guests who made a point of letting us know us how lovely Adela was.

Just Amazing ❤️
We had a Sri Lankan traditional wedding ceremony and I was actually first worried whether someone not from Sri Lanka would be able to capture all the important moments. But we loved her style so wanted to give it a go. We are so happy about the decision we made. Adela was amazing and very helpful. She shared few pictures within couple days to check with us whether we like the editing. And rest of the pictures were shared within a month. She was very supportive all through out the day, before and after as well. We highly recommend her for your wedding ❤️

Efficient and wonderful images
Adela, put us at ease before the event by being in contact and giving us updates. She arrived early and set up and shot the ceremony and reception, seamlessly without us really knowing she was there. For the formals, she guided and directed us and our guests to help get the shots we wanted. We love the candid photos she shot of the ceremony and the beautiful shots of myself and my bride. Afterwards she delivered all the photos promptly and also sent the media to us quickly all the way to the US.. We will have fond memories of the day thanks to Adela

Best wedding photographer!
We couldn’t be happier with choosing adela as our wedding photographer. We met adela before our big day to go through our preferred style, timings and to get to know each other. She was so attentive, professional yet made us feel completely at ease.
