✨ HOW TO NAIL THE PERFECT CONFETTI SHOT ✨ This is ✨ HOW TO NAIL THE PERFECT CONFETTI SHOT ✨

This is the just-married moment—pure joy, chaos, laughter… and the kind of photo you’ll treasure forever 🤍

Here’s how to get it right 👇

💫 Choose bigger confetti (petals work beautifully)
💫 Ask guests to throw HIGH, not at your faces
💫 Walk slowly… soak it all in
💫 Smile, laugh, maybe even sneak a kiss 💋
💫 Don’t be afraid to do it twice!

The best confetti photos aren’t posed—they’re full of real joy, energy, and YOU.

Save this for your wedding planning ✔️

There’s something so special about the in-between There’s something so special about the in-between moments 🤍

The guests mingling with glasses in hand, warm cuddles between family members, friends deep in conversation, kids running around with pure joy, and of course… the dance floor magic once the music kicks in ✨

I know my couples are always busy — hugging loved ones, catching up with guests, soaking in every second of their day. And while they’re wrapped up in all that beautiful chaos, I’m quietly capturing everything happening around them.

Those little moments they didn’t even see.
The laughs they didn’t hear.
The hugs they didn’t realise were happening.

My approach is always discreet — most guests don’t even realise I’m there. That’s when the real, natural moments unfold. No posing. No interruption. Just genuine connection.

And without fail, my couples are always so grateful when they see those candid photos — the surprises from moments they would have otherwise missed 🥹

Because your wedding day isn’t just about the big moments… it’s about everything happening in between. 💫
Thank you so much @simonklewisphotography for asking me to second shoot for you.

Newly engaged? 💍✨ If you said YES over the festiv Newly engaged? 💍✨

If you said YES over the festive season — huge congratulations!
Not sure where to begin with wedding planning? Don’t worry, you’re not alone.
Here are 3 simple tips to help you kick things off with confidence 🤍

1. Talk vision before details
Before venues and dresses, sit down together and chat about what you both want. Big or small? Formal or relaxed? Local or destination? Getting aligned early saves so many headaches later.

2. Set a rough budget (and priorities)
You don’t need exact numbers yet—just a realistic range and what matters most to you (venue, food, photography, party vibes). Spend where it counts, stress less everywhere else.

3. Lock in your guest list & date window
A rough guest count helps everything else fall into place, especially venues. Pick a season or a couple of possible dates rather than one exact day—it gives you flexibility and momentum.

🐶💍 Should You Bring Your Dog to Your Wedding? I’v 🐶💍 Should You Bring Your Dog to Your Wedding?

I’ve photographed some truly heart-melting moments with couples and their four-legged best friends. Having your dog there can add personality, emotion and a whole lot of joy to your day — but it does take a little planning.

Here are five important things to consider before bringing your dog to your wedding.

If your pup is family, it’s only natural to want them there on your big day! But before you say “I do” to having your dog at your wedding, here are a few things to consider:

✨ 1. Check the Venue Rules
Not all venues allow pets. Confirm their policy early—and ask about restrictions (size, indoor/outdoor access, etc.).

✨ 2. Consider Your Dog’s Personality
Are they calm and social… or anxious and easily overstimulated? Weddings are loud, busy, and full of strangers. Make sure it’s something they’ll enjoy—not endure.

✨ 3. Assign a Dog Handler
Your maid of honor already has enough to do! Designate a trusted friend, family member, or professional pet sitter to care for your dog during the event.

✨ 4. Plan the Timing
Maybe your pup joins for the ceremony and photos, then heads home before the party starts. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing.

✨ 5. Think About the Details
Water, shade, bathroom breaks, treats, a comfy resting space—plan ahead to keep them happy and safe.

💛 Bonus Tip: Include them in special ways—custom cocktail napkins, signature drinks named after them, cake toppers, or a cute “dog of honor” bandana!

At the end of the day, it’s about what feels right for you and your furry best friend.

Would you have your dog at your wedding? Tell me below! 🐾👇

PS: I am a massive dog lover, so if you take your dog to your wedding, I will be super excited to meet him/her.
